Yeast-Based Bio-Control Solutions
AgroVentures has established a proprietary platform for the discovery, characterization, and optimization of wild yeast strains with targeted biological activity. Our platform enables rapid identification of high-performing strains and supports continuous expansion of our biological pipeline. Our flagship product, YSY® Yeast (based on Papiliotrema terrestris PT22AV), represents the first commercial validation of this approach.

YSY® Yeast (Papiliotrema terrestris PT22AV) is AgroVentures’ lead biological crop protection product, developed through extensive laboratory research and multi-location field validation. Designed for integrated pest management programs, YSY® provides effective disease control while maintaining high environmental compatibility.

Agroventures is a shareholding managing partner of VextaChem, a European development platform supporting the registration and market deployment of chemical and biological plant protection products. A joint venture between AgroVentures and the Tide Group.
